ARRESTS

1.  Noise Violation Arrest, 10:26 p.m., Monday, October 4, 2021, 900 block Clark Street (LT) – Kiarely J. Cabral, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she hosted a party at her residence.  Noise from the party was heard beyond her property.  A citation was filed.

2.  Harassment Arrest, 1:48 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 400 block Wagonwheel Road (MT) – A 16-year-old juvenile from Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense, following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, the juvenile kicked another person three (3) times in the leg.  A citation was filed.

3.  DUI Arrest, 1:53 a.m., Sunday, October 3, 2021, New Holland Avenue at Coyle Avenue (MT) – Brian Keith Striver, Jr., M/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following crash investigation.  Striver, Jr. was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.176{ff482fee27822ea3a7f971754a4e532a6229bf4f8ecf1f1435b764463a34cfb2}.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  Theft Arrest, September 3 to 17, 2021, Waverly Avenue (MT) – A 15-year-old juvenile from Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after unlawfully entered a safe in their parents’ residence, and stole $150.00.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

5.  Retail Theft Arrests, 12:55 p.m., Monday, September 13, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Lizandra Rodriguez-Gonzales, F/18, and Gabriel Geovanny Ramos, M/18, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing merchandise from the store.  Rodriguez-Gonzales was observed stealing $73.86 worth of merchandise, and Ramos was observed stealing $53.92 worth of merchandise.  A citation was filed against each party.

6.  Theft of Services, 3:20 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2021, 100 block Maple Lane (MT) – Terrence Antonio Mercado, M/21, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed dumping trash into a dumpster, without permission.  Total loss: $325.00.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Simple Assault Arrest, 4:52 p.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 500 block Kensington Terrace (LT) – Kanisha R. Cassell, F/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at her residence.  During the altercation, Cassell slapped another person in the face causing injuries to the nose.  Cassell was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

8.  Obstructing Administration of Law / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:02 p.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Keller Avenue at Lititz Pike (MT) – Jenna Rose Quinn, F/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she interfered with officers performing DUI field coordination tests, following a traffic stop.  Quinn yelled, screamed, and continued to interrupt the testing procedures, after being ordered to stop.  Quinn’s actions alarmed others in the area.  She was arrested and a criminal complaint was filed.

9.  Resisting Arrest / DUI / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:02 p.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Keller Avenue at Lititz Pike (MT) – Damion Tyrell Dixon, M/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding and erratic driving.  Dixon exhibited signs of impairment and was in possession of open alcoholic beverage containers.  Dixon refused to perform field coordination tests, and became upset when his passenger was arrested for interfering with the administration of the tests.  Dixon was yelling and physically came after officers attempting to arrest the passenger.  Dixon then struggled with officers as he was taken into custody.  He also refused to get into the police vehicle.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.168{ff482fee27822ea3a7f971754a4e532a6229bf4f8ecf1f1435b764463a34cfb2}.  Dixon was processed and released.  A criminal complaint was filed.

1.  Retail Theft, 3:19 p.m., Tuesday, August 3, 2021, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – One (1) black male and three (3) black females were observed stealing twenty (20) candles from the store.  Total loss: $389.90.

2.  Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts or Accessories, September 26 to 29, 2021, 100 block Fairview Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle, as it sat parked.  Total loss: $4,175.26.

3.  Identity Theft, 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s used the victim’s identity to gain employment in California.

4.  Theft, 12:00 p.m., Sunday, August 29, 2021, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package, which had been delivered to a residence.  Total loss: $300.00.

5.  Retail Theft, 5:18 p.m., Wednesday, July 28, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $19.98 worth of merchandise from the store.

6.  Retail Theft, 4:03 p.m., Thursday, August 5, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $53.95 worth of merchandise from the store.

7.  Retail Theft, 1:09 p.m., Saturday, August 14, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $9.29 worth of merchandise from the store.

8.  Retail Theft, 1:15 p.m., Sunday, August 29, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $16.29 worth of merchandise from the store.

9.  Retail Theft, 4:26 p.m., Tuesday, August 31, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $9.90 worth of merchandise from the store.

10.  Retail Theft, 5:50 p.m., Sunday, September 5, 2021, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown white male stole $23.37 worth of merchandise from the store.

11.  Theft, 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 1, 2021, 901 Eden Road – Lancaster Bible College (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a debit card from a wallet, and later used it to make a fraudulent purchase, valued at $9.34. 

12.  Retail Theft, 8:01 p.m., Saturday, October 2, 2021, 1587 Fruitville Pike – Dick’s Sporting Goods (MT) – An unknown black female stole $25.00 worth of merchandise from the store.

13.  Institutional Vandalism, 12:00 a.m., Monday, September 27, 2021, 2883 Weaver Road – Manheim Township Athletic Complex (MT) – Unknown person/s applied graffiti to the walls of the bathroom, causing $1.00 in damage.

14.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, October 3 to 4, 2021, 900 block East Orange Street (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and rummaged around the interior.  Nothing was taken.

15.  Theft By Deception, October 2 to 4, 2021, 500 block Randolph Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s tricked the victim into thinking they were talking to Apple Support.  The victim provided a credit card number, and later discovered $2,273.98 in fraudulent purchases posted to the credit card account.
